DIRECTIONS FROM HALIFAX AND RAILWAY STATION
Just as you begin to enter Hebden Bridge on the A646 you see a sign to the right for the A6033 to Keighley. Turn right here. Just a short distance along this road, about 50 yards, turn right uphill onto Birchcliffe Road.

Go up the hill, round a bend, you see Edward Street on the left and immediately after on the right is Alexandra Road, also marked Private Road and No Parking (almost opposite the signs for Pennine Heritage and Blessingway (as well as Hebden Bridge Hostel from Mar to Nov) Turn right into this road and Thorncliffe is the 3rd house on the right.

FROM TODMORDEN DIRECTION
Enter Hebden Bridge on the A646. Go past some shops and over the small river bridge, you get to traffic lights. Go straight on, see the cinema on the right and the Railway pub on your left, and you then reach another set of traffic lights (there is a sign just before which marks this turn left to Haworth & Keighley). Turn left (Albert Street).

Go to the end of this road to the crossroads. Turn right, and then immediately sharp left, up Birchcliffe Road (this is a tricky turn, and involves swinging out and ensuring there are no cars coming downhill at the same time!!

Go up the hill, round a bend, you see Edward Street on the left and immediately after on the right is Alexandra Road, also marked Private Road and No Parking (almost opposite the signs for Pennine Heritage and Blessingway as well as Hebden Bridge Hostel from Mar to Nov) Turn right into this road and Thorncliffe is the 3rd house on the right.
